Bill Graham watches from the north-side end-zone of JFK Stadium as Mick Jagger talks to the press about the Stones’ 1981 tour plans. Graham, the famed rock ‘n’ roll empresario and former owner of the Fillmore East and West, oversaw the Stones’ Tattoo You tour.
