Rolling Stones’ drummer, Charlie Watts, practicing before a solo show at the Blue Note Cafe in New York with the Charlie Watts Jazz Tentet.  The shows took place two months after the 9/11 terrorists attacks on the city.  Watts and his band played several nights at the Blue Note; this photo was taken during the early show on Thursday.
