Bill Graham, left, the legendary rock n roll promoter known for his Fillmore East & Fillmore West concert halls in San Francisco and New York respectively, discusses the 1981 Rolling Stones’ “Tattoo You” Tour with Electric Factory Concerts’ promoter Allen Spivak during a press conference at JFK Stadium in Philadelphia. Graham’s  FM Promotions also managed Santana, the Jefferson Airplane and several other bands from the west. Mick Jagger attended the event. © Roger Barone 1981
